How do I get a Pearson User Id?

If you do not have a Pearson user account, please contact your respective manager to have a TPS request submitted on your behalf. Upon successful processing of your request you will be provided a Pearson user id and initial password. Once this has been provided, a subsequent TPS request is required to request access to the PRISM application. Please contact your respective project manager or click here - TPS to access the TPS system

New user account creation workflow

  • A TPS request will be opened to request access to the Active Directory Supervisor’s/ Manager’s approval will be requested
  • After the approval is obtained, user will be added in the Pearson Active Directory
  • A request will be sent to RMS Helpdesk to grant access to PRISM application
  • PRISM Administrator will provide appropriate security privileges and a confirmation mail will be sent.
  • User can access PRISM application

Why can’t I log into the PRISM application if I have a Pearson Id?

Your Pearson account has been set up but security access to PRISM has not yet been granted. Please contact your respective project manager to verify if a TPS request was submitted on your behalf which was to request access to PRISM. If a TPS was submitted, send an email to the RMS Helpdesk and provide an explanation of the issue, TPS number and your user id.

"Your password is going to expire in X number of days" appears on my login screen. How should I change the password?

I was able to access PRISM before, but not now? What could be the problem?

  • Are you using the correct format to enter your user id? The correct format is PEROOT followed by your user id. (ex. ublacli)
  • When entering your password you are entering the respective capital and lower case letters and or symbols.
  • Cap Lock is turned off on your computer.
  • Check if the password is locked out. If you entered incorrect password more than three times, it is likely to have got locked. Please contact the Corporate Helpdesk to get it reset.
